Taking the FDSP's granulating technology of crop straw as an example, the diameter of biomass particle is 6-10mm optional. The material can enter the press chamber directly from the feeding port which is more easier and more suitable for the pellet processing which take crop waste like straw as raw material.
If the customer's raw material moisture content is not more than 15% , can the dryer is not necessary, crushed directly after granulating; if more than 15% but less than 20% , can consider mixing dry material and wet material, after moisture reduced, then granulating.
