Roller Type Liquid Coater oil coating machine for floating fish feed

This machine is mainly used for oil spraying after compound feed shaped, kinds of oil and nutrient can be added.
Features
1.the addition is controlled by computer. The liquid addition is 1% to 8%.
2.gear driving makes drum does not slip
3.fully sealed design with no leakage;
4.equipped with dynamic measuring belt scale, weight measurement is significantly better than volume measurement
5.according to the amount of adding to achieve automatic combination of spraying.
6.this machine make the material keep moving by drum, the high-pressure nozzle to spray the mist liquid which can fully contact the feed surface, to ensure the even spraying.

FDSP has sold Feed machinery and fertilizer machinery throughout China and exported to Korea, South Africa, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, Egypt, Syria, Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan,  etc. A complete set of fertilizer production line with capacity of 10tph was exported to South Korea in 2008; a complete set of pulverized coal pellet production line with capacity of 30t/h was exported to South Africa in 2009. Three complete sets of feed production lines were exported to Egypt with capacity of 10tph, 15tph and 20tph respectively from 2010 to 2012. A large model of pellet mill with capacity of 25tph was exported to Thailand in 2013.
