MJ1440E Woodworking Machinery Automatic Multi-Blades Rip Saw for Wet Wood

Application:
Our company has developed this bottom spindle multi-blade saw for wet material processing based on the needs of the round wood and lumber processing industry.

This machine has a maximum sawing width of 300mm and a maximum sawing thickness of 115mm, which is especially suitable for multi-blade sawing of wet materials, with a brighter and more efficient surface than the ordinary band saw, which is the ideal equipment for upgrading and replacing. It can insure high efficiency and energy saving in round wood processing industry.

Outstanding features:
1) The machine body and workbench are made of high-quality castings, which are specially cast and precision-machined, with stable performance and good precision.

2) The spindle adopts special material, φ50mm diameter and long wheelbase design, and is precision processed, dynamically balanced and precision assembled, which is stable, durable and accurate.

3) The worktable adopts 450mm wide worktable, which is convenient for the user to process the rough board and large board.

4) The feeding system is equipped with 6 sets of upper feeding rollers and 4 sets of lower flat tooth active feeding rollers to ensure smooth and powerful feeding.

5) Electric lifting mechanism is used to lift the saw shaft parts, which is convenient and quick to operate.

6) Feeding adopts the belt infinitely variable transmission and universal coupling drive, easy to adjust, stable feeding.

7) The front of the machine feed is equipped with a triple backstop and rebound safety device to ensure safer operation.

8) Configure the air and water spraying mechanism under the base to cool the saw blade to improve the service life and durability of the saw blade.

9) Configure two laser marking machines above the feed, so as to facilitate the user to set up the feeding and processing of the round wood slats.

10) the use of centralized manual lubrication pump, the sliding and to the parts of the centralized oil lubrication, to ensure that the sliding position does not rust, sliding, flexible rotation.

11) Optional configuration: -T type adopts frequency converter to adjust the feeding system, which is convenient and quick to operate.
