Introduction of Wood Pellet Production Line

Wood pellet production line is the whole process to make pellet from wood, sawdust, rice husk, crop stalks, cotton stalk,grass, straw and other biomass materials, including all the single devices. It can be devided into crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling, sieving and packing system.

Main Sections of Wood Pellet Production Line

Chipper Section:Wood chippers can process the wood,branch and bamboo into high quality chips
and small logs with even length and uniform chip thickness.


Drying Section: A dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time.


Crushing Section:A crusher can reduce small chips and woods into sawdust or wood dust.


Pelletizing Section:Rwa materials can be pressed into pellets through Yufeng vertical ring die pellet machine.


Cooling Section:We use a cooler to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.


Packing Section:To avoid the wood pellet being affected with damp, we need packing machine to pack granules by kinds of pockets.
