1.Control Panel:

 2.Pre-milling
Premilling unit with two milling knife to make edge clean and easy to glue and make sure perfect edge binding effect 3.Gluing:
The gluing mechanism  adopt a special struction to gelatinize the platesstruction to gelatinize the plates and costing materials uniformaly.Ensure a more solid conglutination.4.End Trim5.Rough trim&Fine trim:
The use of six-edges knife for fine trimming leads to a smoother cutting surface. With the design of linear guideway, it can stably work without abrasion. Also not easy to get stuck. There are 2 units fine trim, and the cutters will be automatically pneumatic positioned as per 4 thickness edging tapes, high efficiency. 6.Conor Round&Scraping:
Corner rounding unit to round the 4 corners, is equipped with 2 HF motors, to get a more smoother corner effect, usually work for 2mm thickness edging tape.
Scraping unit: it is used to scrape the extra glue, to make the edges more smoother. It is equipped with dust collecting pipe.
