Spindle Core Veneer Peeling Lathe are mainly used for making 1-10mm core veneer and big diameter logs peeling, like Okume, Birch, Beech, etc. Its min. max. peeling log diameter is 1300mm. Our machine have been exported to Russia, Gabon, India, Europe, etc for more than 30 countries. Its full automatic peeling line and accurate peeling thickness are highly welcomed from our customer. We adopts automatic Taiwan Delta control system, all motors are Huali brand, thickness adjustment is can be controlled by both CNC and gear. It is quality guaranteed machine. 





Features:

1) An advanced CNC system ensures the veneers cut uniformly with a thickness tolerance of ± 0.05mm and width tolerance of ± 2.5mm. 
2) Ajustable knife settings allow you to easily process logs larger in diameter and still produce smooth and flat finished veneers.
3) A user-friendly interface helps the operators spot any problems.
4) Even during rotary peeling, operators can still adjust for two different veneer thickness without sacrificing the quality of either the peeling or cutting process.
5) A two-in-one structure,wood peeling and cutting together,reduces both the space and operators.costs is greatly lower.
