The Workshop


 Feature:

1.Glue coating device:

The glue pot adopts imported special ball bearing and high hardness and super wear-resistant material glue box, the glue lifting shaft is patented design, CNC processing, to ensure the glue output, uniform daub, the glue surface hit 99.999%, the glue thickness can be controlled at will.

2.End trimming

The end trimming system is used to cut off the cutting components of the front and rear lamination film. The end trimming device moves through precise linear guides, adopts automatic profiling and high-frequency electrode rapid cutting mechanisms to ensure that the cut surface is flat and smooth. The cutting assembly is used for sawing the super high part of the laminated film. Rotate to make the edges at right angles or oblique angles, both of which are done by scraping. The cutting component is composed of two unrelated cutting units.


3.Rough/Fine trimming

Rough/fine trimming system is used for finishing components at the upper and lower ends. Rough and fine trimming devices are used for trimming and processing the excess edge banding material on the upper and lower parts of the sheet edge banding. It adopts the structure of automatic profiling and high-frequency high-speed motor, etc. To ensure the smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the trimmed board, this system consists of two parts: primary trimming and secondary trimming. The primary trimming is a flat blade and the secondary trimming is an arc knife.
Equipped with HF motor, trimming amount, trimming radian are accurately calculated in advance, so that the edge banding strip and radian are smooth and uniform, and the linear error is not more than 0.01mm

4.Corner Rounding

Corner rounding mechanism with two high precision tracking motor to make sure high tracking speed and high trimming speed.
The profiling tracking system component is used to match the sol-coated film with the jade star of the workpiece during the conveying process, and cut (outline) the edges and corners. The profiling tracking upper and lower rounding device can make the end surface of the board more smooth and beautiful. The component is composed of two unrelated devices. One device is used for the processing of the rear side of the workpiece and the upper end of the front door, and the other is used for the processing of the lower end. The control of the component is realized through segment control. The workpiece is accepted and transferred to the milling tool.


5.Scraping

The edge scraping system is used to remove the milling marks on the pre-cut PVC laminating film, and the edge scraping device is used to eliminate the ripple marks caused by the cutting process of the non-linear motion of the trimming, so that the upper and lower parts of the sapwood are smoother and cleaner, and the edges are scraped. It is normal that the edge band fragments cut off when the mechanism is working should be thin enough to be blown away by the air nozzle.
Updated scraping mechanism with bigger unit and big copy wheel and V shape blade to get better effect.

6.Polishing/Buffing:

The polishing component polishes the plastic film and removes the sol residue on the workpiece. The polishing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed plate. The edge-sealing end surface is smoother through polishing. The polishing component used for the upper surface of the workpiece is fixed on the workpiece. The thickness of the workpiece does not need to be set on the side, the polishing assembly for the lower surface of the workpiece is on the lower side, and the rotation direction of the motor is opposite to the running direction of the workpiece.
