1. I never use this kind of machine before, is it easy to learn?

User-friendly English manual and operation video will be sent together with the machine, if there is still any question, we can talk through phone or Skype.

Moreover, you could come to our factory to learn how to use it before shipment. Our technician will give you professional guidance.

2.  Usually some clients ask how could i know if the machine is suitable for me .

If you also have same confusion , pls dont worry . please tell me the max working area, materials for processing and the thickness for materials processing engraving or cutting in advance.

Then we will provided every details of the machine for your reference. Before ordering ,  You also can give us your drawing so we could  tryal in our machine .Or you could tell us your work piece

, our techniciant will recommend suitable spares for you . In total ,try my best to help you .

3. If the machine has problem, what can you do to help?

We will provide free parts to you within warranty time, and there are 24hours one day technique support by mail and phone. our after-sales staff can come to your workshop if the problem still cannot be fixed.
