New Designed Biomass Wood Pellet Machine
 
Application:
    Wood pellet making line is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel for burning purposes.YFK series efficient centrifugal pellet mill is our initiative patented product in China through meticulous research and development. It is widely used for the recycling usage of wastes and tailings in biomass fuel plant,wood processing plant ,fertilizer plant,chemical factory,foctory,foodstuffs factory and brewery.



Raw material:
   The machine is able to produce cylindrical pellet, and thus be widely used in pelletizing wood, sawdust, crop straw (rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalks, sorghum stalk, soybean stalk, cotton stalk, grape straw, peanut seedlings, and sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut-off head, bamboo debris, bagasse, etc.




Process:



1.Crushing Process: 
1) removing the barks from fresh logs, decrease the ash content of wood pellets;
2) crushing the logs, waste wood, wood branch, wood bark into wood chips whose length is less than 8mm .

2.Drying Process: 
1) raw materials: wet wood dust;
2) dried wood dust: 8-15% moisture;
3) capacity: adjustable.
 
3.Pelletizing Process: 
1) raw mterials requirement:
     moisture : 8-15%
     feeding length size: less than 8mm

2) service life:
     ring die (alloy steel): 800-1200hrs;
     ring die (stainless steel): 1200-1800hrs;
     roller assembly: 700-800hrs. 
                                                          
4.Cooling Process: 
1) hot wood pellet from pellet machine: 60-80 degree, soft and easy-crack;
2) after cooling:close to room temperature, and very hard.
 
5.Packing Process: 
1)25-50kg/bag;
2) heat sealing.
