Product details:

3. Separation agent: spray a kind of oily water mist on both sides of the plate before sealing the edge, and the excessive glue will overflow on the surface of the plate when isolating the glue. Use with the cleaning and polishing device at the back to make the edge sealing more perfect.
4. Preheat function of edge banding: the edge banding bar becomes hard at low temperature in cold weather, and the preheat function of edge banding makes the edge fastness better when it is preheated before the welt.  
5. Glue: glue the side of the plate.
6. Glue cleaning function of six wheels: the market is generally 4 rounds of pressing and sticking, 6 rounds of different angles make the fitting more perfect, and multiple rounds of pressing and sticking more firmly. 11. 12. Broken wire: it is used with scraped edge, and the sealing side wire of scraped edge is broken to reduce the chance of being sucked into the conveyor belt and the motor on the coil.  
13. Flat scraping: removes excess glue from the surface of the sheet to make the polish easier to shine.    
14. Cleaning agent: used with separator, spray clean oily water mist before polishing, to reduce the problem of glue line and plate pollution, and improve the sealing quality.  
15. New tandem polishing mechanism: it moves back and forth to make the polishing more gentle, improve the time of the polishing wheel and reduce the cost of purchasing the polishing wheel. At the same time, the new mechanism solves the problem that the commonly used mechanism in the market is not easy to adjust and change the wheel in the wear of the polishing wheel. 16.
