It is very easy to control the machine. Six units rollers' speed are controlled by three inverters and the speed of the rollers are easy to control by the switch on the control board.Workers can adjust the speed according to different materials.2. Cross Rollers Two group of cross rollers (total 9 pieces) rotate individually and move forward at the same time, so that to make sure of the grinding effect of the surface and transverse groove.
3. Disc Brushes Two groups of disc brushes (total 9 disc brushes) rotate in opposite directions, and the speed of the roller is adjustable by frequency control. With the board own movement and the disc brushes rotating, the machine can realize the sanding of uneven surface and corner from different angles.

 4. Lengthways Rollers Two groups of long brush rollers are counter-rotating and can be lifted individually, which guarantee the sanding effect of all-round uneven surface and R-angle.
