Cold presses are used for pre-compression work after veneer gluing. Our multi-layer cold presses are simple to use, highly automated, and capable of rapid veneer forming. When the glued veneer is transferred, the automatic feeder will rise to the corresponding layer for feeding. When the feeding is completed, the cold press will automatically close, and then the cold press will work according to the set time. After the work is finished, Open automatically, and then each layer will be unloaded automatically.

Buffering and Transmission
Spring buffer and chain transmission system. When the press is feeding, the chain will transfer the veneer into the cold press under the drag of the motor. When the press is closed, the spring is compressed. After the work of the cold press is completed, the oil cylinder will drop. The pressure between each layer decreases while the springs stretch.
