Wood chipper is mainly made of the airframe, knife roll, the upper and under feed roller, conveyor and hydraulic system. According to the different thickness of the cutting material, the upper feeding roller assembly can use hydraulic system to float up or down in a certain range. The qualified wood chips material will drop down through screen mesh, then discharge out from the bottom, large size chips material will be return into the machine cutting again.
Wood chipper is mainly used to process the raw materials including wood logs, tree branch, bamboo, brushwood and veneer stalk into 1-5cm wood chips. Wood chipper is widely used in the production of paper making, sawdust, edible fungus, shaving board, fiber board, high density board and biomass pellet production plant.
