This machine is used for sanding all kinds of specification wood moulding. It can sanding
the two sides and top surface of wood moulding simultanceously.

Sanding all kinds of shape and type moulding directly. Operation easily, high efficiency,
short labor time.



Standard Specification:

1.This equipment is mainly aimed at the door line, flooring angular line and a variety of
decorative lines of narrow type surface, flat substrate and primer grinding and puffing,
can be processed simultaneously on three sides, belong to economic applicable special
equipment.

2.Adopted a spiral emery cloth roller, it can polish to a variety of different models,it's easy
to adjust from different shape,fast and save the sand head adjusting time, improve labor
efficiency.

3. This equipment is composed of seven independent type polishing head (three top
polishing heads, four sides polishing heads).



4.Control panel is clear, the operation is simple and convenient

5.Top polishing head can be lifted independently up and down. Side polishing head can
adjust up and down, also can adjust from left to right according to the width of plates.


6.Seven independent optical axis are respectively controlled by an independent frequency
inverter and the speed is adjustable.

7.Polishing head adopts spiral emery cloth installation and such installation method
effectively increases the polished surface and angle.

8.Pull-up spring roller,except that the thickness adaptability of the board processing is
stronger, also can better protect roller, prolong service life.
 9.Profile grinding roller adopts double circular linear guide and lengthened slider
bearing, which can have longer stroke and thicker diameter, make the equipment
operation more stable, processing range is wider.


10.L feeding frame can solve the problem of all sorts of model of the door line grinding.
Applied for patent design.

11.One-piece workbench is lifted by the high precision numerical control, precision of
manual fine tuning can be accurate to 0.01 mm.
