Overview Product Description

The hot press wood pallet machine is used to make pressed pallet with high temperature and high pressure technology. It is different from the pallet nailing machine, which is a new type of pallet making machine.

 

Oil palm fiber is non-hazardous biodegradable material extracted from oil palm's empty fruit bunch (EFB) through the decortation process. The fibers are clean, non-carcinogenic, free from pesticides and soft parenchyma cells.

 

Palm fibers are versatile and stable and can be processed into various dimensional grades to suit specific applications such as mattress cushion production, erosion control, soil stabilization/compaction, landscaping and horticulture, ceramic and brick manufacturing, thermoplastic filler, flat board manufacturing, paper production, acoustics control, livestock care, compost, fertilizer, animal feed, etc...

 

The machine can reuse the oil palm fiber more valuable, which can be made to pressed pallets. Compared with traditional wooden pallet, palm fiber pallet has more advantages.
