Product Application

YFK series efficient centrifugal wood pellet machine is our initiative patented product in China through meticulous research and development. YFK680 is widely used in the biomass-energy fuels plant, power plant, wood processing plant, MSW processing plant, fertilizer plant, chemical plant etc. It is the ideal pressing shaping equipments with low investment and high profit.


Process:

1.Crushing Process: 
1) removing the barks from fresh logs, decrease the ash content of wood pellets;
2) crushing the logs, waste wood, wood branch, wood bark into wood chips whose length is less than 8mm .

2.Drying Process: 
1) raw materials: wet wood dust;
2) dried wood dust: 8-15% moisture;
3) capacity: adjustable.

3.Pelletizing Process: 
1) raw mterials requirement:
    moisture : 8-15%
    feeding length size: less than 8mm
2) service life:
    ring die (alloy steel): 800-1200hrs;
    ring die (stainless steel): 1200-1800hrs;
    roller assembly: 700-800hrs. 



4.Cooling Process: 
1) hot wood pellet from pellet machine: 60-80 degree, soft and easy-crack;
2) after cooling:close to room temperature, and very hard.

5.Packaging Process: 
1)25-50kg/bag
