SWC biomass crusher is sort of new type machine for waste biomass size reduction, which has 3 different rotors for options - hammer rotor, dual chipping blade rotor, chunk chipping blade rotor. Hammer rotor suitable for downsize steel mixed biomass waste like wood pallets, dual chipping blade rotor suitable for downsize fiber green wastes, chunk chipping blade rotor suitable for downsize wood log.

SWC biomass crusher with hydraulic open system, features at convenient maintenance and cleaning residue. Feeding conveyor speed adjustable automatically according to infeed speed. Trail type crusher with diesel power system for option
-       New design rotor, three kinds of rotors: hammer rotor, chipping rotor, fine grinding rotor, the blades/hammers are replaceable.
-       Cover of crushing chamber could be opened by hydraulic, ease for maintenance and changing blades.
-       Screen mesh size is customized for different requirements on size of end product.
-       Forced feeding system is our proven technique; ensure continuously feeding and large working capacity, even big roll of tree logs or high wooden case is no problem to infeed for this monster.
-     High Capacity with larger feeding port than traditional type, which could process big log in arrange of 450mm to 700mm diameter.
