Sawdust pressed wood pallet block machine is the machine of producing raw materials into pressed pallet blocks. The final pallet blocks can be used in the packing industry, warehousing industry, and logistics industry. The pallet blocks have the characteristics of smooth surface, waterproof, and durability.
 

There are three types of sawdust pressed wood pallet block machine: single-head, double-head, and triple-head.

1. The hydraulic cylinder provides high pressure and pushes the piston to extrude and mold the materials.

2. The heating of the heating plate at a high temperature promotes the solidification and molding of urea-formaldehyde glue.

3. Cutting according to a certain length (usually around 1.2 meters).

4. After cooling, the compressed sawdust pallet block machine for block pallet cut the long wood strips of half-finished products to the final size.
